The Eastbank Office

The Eastbank Office will be re-opened on a full time basis starting, Monday, April 17, 2006.

The office will be opened on Monday and Wednesday for regular court proceedings.

Hours:

Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

CLOSED for lunch from
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

The Clerk of Court Eastbank Office will only accept money orders. The office does not accept cash or personal checks.

The Clerk of Court Eastbank Office can issue marriage licenses and accepts all civil, criminal, and real estate filings.

A Clerk of Court's Office employee will bring all filings that are collected during the day to the Edgard office. Those filings that are accepted after the daily pickup will be delivered to the Edgard office the following day.

On the days that Traffic Court is held at the Eastbank Office, marriage license's will be issued after 1:00 p.m.

Passports, Birth Certificates, and Birth Cards can only be issued at the Edgard Office.
